Full Refund And Return Policy
If Tabs isn't for you, we make refunds and returns quick and easy to initiate. To contact us, email help@tabschocolate.com or use our form:
- To cancel your subscription, it is necessary to contact our customer support team. This can be done by sending an email to our support email address. Once your request has been received, our team will ensure that your subscription is cancelled promptly.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- If you do not like Tabs, at least two of the three Tabs Chocolate Squares must be fully intact and unopened. Upon our instruction, remaining items must be returned to our facility in original condition to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
